Manchester United’s Rasmus Hojlund will wear a different jersey number in 2024–2025.
Hojlund wore No. 11 during his debut campaign at Old Trafford.
According to the United Stand, Anthony Martial’s No. 9 jersey from the previous campaign will now be worn by the Danish international.
Due to his contract expiring, Martial departed the team.
Now that he’s wearing the No. 9 shirt, Hojlund will be joining the ranks of legendary United players like Sir Bobby Charlton, Andy Cole, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and Dimitar Berbatov.
Hojlund will now wear a different number, and the newest member, Joshua Zirkzee, is expected to wear the No. 11 jersey. He had previously worn the numbers nine, ten, and eleven while playing for Dutch youth teams.
